R. Kirk Lindsey
R. Kirk Lindsey, 59, of Modesto, has been appointed to the California High-Speed Rail Authority. He has served on the California Transportation Commission since 2000, and has served as the president of Brite Transport System Incorporated since 1973. Lindsey is also a managing partner of B & P Bulk, an agricultural trucking company and a partner of P & L Properties.
