Questions and requests for clarification regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing on Form E to the following Authority Point of Contact.  All questions and requests must be received by email or fax no later than 4:00 PM, Pacific Time on November 29, 2011.

The Authority reserves the right to revise this RFQ at any time before the SOQ due date.   Such revisions, if any, will be announced by addenda to this RFQ.  All solicitation documents and addenda will be made available to the Offerors via BidSync and the Project website at

www.cahighspeedrail.ca.gov/construction.aspx 

The Authority will use the following guidelines when responding to questions and requests for clarification and issuing addenda to this RFQ:

•     Questions and requests for clarification from all Offerors will be reviewed by the Authority’s        procurement team.

•     The Authority will post responses to questions and requests for clarification in the form of a       response matrix posted on the Project Website.

•     The Authority will post all addenda on the Project Website and will send an e-mail notification via       BidSync as soon as each addendum or response to questions and requests for clarification is       issued.
